Are they missing a part because they cannot do the skill yet or its just been forgotten or misinterpreted? Because sometimes they will compete a level that they may not quite have all the skills in if they can do the rest.
Surely there must be other options. I'm in Australia, but my daughter started rec gym at 6. After a term (about 10 weeks) they asked her to try out for the development squad but she didn't get in as "she wasn't strong enough". But they put her in a more advanced rec class instead.
She did 2...
The sport you reference isn't really a thing where I live, but it's kind of like rhythmic gymnastics with more spinning of the prop?
Maybe a rhythmic gymnastics class would be a better fit rather than regular WAG? Or tumbling, or cheer, or acro dance.
Rec gym don't seem to get Into skills like...
Unless you are planning on switching gyms, I think you'd be better off trying to get extra classes at the same gym. It would show you are more serious about learning quicker - going to multiple gyms they won't know that.
TBH if she's keen on competing and one of the other gyms will let her join...
Unless you have many hours without a break where you cant change, or have extremely heavy flow, you shouldn't need period underwear and a tampon. Just the period underwear should be fine.
Go the period underpants. My daughter uses them, they are comfortable and not bulky and no issues with them balling up. Wear shorts over for practice.
You can get high cut ones that go under leotards for dance and gymnastics.
They sell them in supermarkets here - not sure about where you live...
Wow, ours is quite different then. Most of our tumbling team is on the WAG team too. Not the boys obviously, and we don't have a MAG team. But the coaches seem to encourage it. They get some of the WAGs to do rhythmic as well.
One of the girls last year got state champion in WAG, tumbling and...
A few of the kids at our gym either do tumbling or trampoline as well or changed from tumbling to WAG. They are usually the kids that end up doing really well.on floor.
(Australia so the levels are a little different)

Yeah, my eldest got invited for an evaluation (we didnt ask). But then was rejected due to not being strong enough. They put her in a more advanced rec class instead, which she did for a year and a half (there 12 levels in it and each one takes a school term - we have 4 terms a year, so it was...
I've heard of them. They are Australian. At one of the biggest gyms here a lot of the girls use them, but mine doesn't go there and we got the ones recommended by her coach instead.
Ours allows whatever they want for practise. Leggings, shorts, crop tops, leotards. As long as it's tight fitting it's not an issue.
Competition they have a long sleeve leotard, no shorts, but I guess that could change. The trampoline girls (and I think tumbling) wear the comp leo with black shorts.
I'm not really sure, you may have just got the coach at a bad time. They are human too! Did you raise the question in front of others? Sometimes it's best to not ask straight away, wait until you've had some time to digest it first.
First, I'm not sure why you'd want her moved up in comp season...
