My left wrist hurts when I do planching things.
When I bend my left wrist down, I see a big bump on it, its been like that for a long time, I think it's probably a ganglion cyst.

A few days ago my friend, little brother, and I all went to a gym.

I've been trying to learn flares on the floor. The best I can do so far is the front part of the flare; I do it counter clockwise. When I try to swing my right leg under my left leg, I usually just fall on my hip or stomach.
Got any tips for me?
