Ok so the high school gymnastics season is over :( but i need to keep training all year so that I can be amazing for my senior year. :)
I cant afford to be on team and I'm way too old.
I have to choose between these two options:
A 1 1/2 hour class once a week with coaches and people around...
I do high school gymnastics and I have to make up my own routine.
The problem is that I suck at making up poses and little dancey things. :(
Is anyone good at making up routines?
If you are... would you make one for me?
You would be my hero! It would mean soooo much to me!

So starting in about 2 weeks I will be doing gymnastics 12 hours a week and right now I am doing 0. Does anyone have any ideas on how I can ease into this instead of just going BAM and being super sore. I only have two weeks to prepare so I need your help!

OK whats with the new scoring system. I just dont understand it. I dont know whats a good score and whats a bad one. And its soo sad that theres no such thing as a perfect 10 anymore :( :( Why did they have to go and switch it up it was fine the wasy it was. :(
I know the title doesn't make sense.
I do highschool gymnastics. (yuck) so that means I only train in the winter. Does anyone know anything that can help keep me flexible and strong? Its hard to know what to do and hard to stay motivated. please help
I have had major knee pain for about 5 months. I have not been doing as much floor and vault to let it heal but its just not going away. Before I hurt it I ran a lot so maybe that has something to do with it. Does anyone know what i can do to make it better?
