i actually think they are smaller than other shorts. My mum is friends with the woman in charge of the UK distribution so she sells them through our club and we always reccomend a size up not a size down and even if they are a little big you can still keep them to grow into rather than them not...
i do exactly the same... always have it up...gym...uni...home ... always up my mum says my hair line will grow backwards but my hair looks reli awkward down

I got so angry at my last competition.
I sprained my knee doin flic layouts on beam so have to wear a knee support all the time but my knee support is blue!
There was a new rule that all supports have to be flesh coloured so for my comp i put a tubigrip bandage over the top and got deducted .5...
got really confused then lol didnt know what a kip was... in the UK we call them upstarts lol... i would have suggested probably about the same as all the other comments so i wont repeat the same again but we have a few fun ways at our gym to learn upstarts.

Hey im from the Uk and i know all about the music thing lol we have some clubs in our region that only have about 3 pieces so every year all their girls have the same with the same routine its awfull.
and we had a stupid deduction thing cus the clasp at the back of the girls leotard came undone...
what do u get ribbbons for?
we have medals and trophies in the UK but ive never heard of ribbons... i thought everyone was talking about the ribbon the medal was hanging on because that means something here but then i saw a picture with the ribbons on can someone tell me what they are for...
I coach a very talented 6 year old who is very flexible and can do most of the skills i ask her to do but is very floppy and has that rag doll look about her... she trains 3 times a week and we do conditioning every session but she never seems to change
any ideas on how to solve this ???

I have the hand shift problem and the block problem lol i could giant when i was 11 then avoided them untill a few months ago im now 18 how pathetic is that !!!
i have problems with wrist action falling from handstand and drop through my wrists although i put that down to a confidence problem...
At our gym in the UK we do alot of jumps from crouch position on the edge of the springboard or track or mat or something similar. It reli works the legs right from the squat position and also gives a little extra high to allow the gymnast to concentrate on perfecting the shape :)
I reli liked her 2007 worlds one im having that next lol ;) this one is not too bad but she suited her old one it fitted her style and was a bit more exciting
