    oct-nov competition

    i'm looking for a competiton that an adult can enter for Prep gold aau or usag, in Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Florida panhandle in October or November. Need practice in front of judges so could enter as a 'demo' or some other way. any ideas out there? Mobile AL area would be great.

    Empire gymnastics has opened an adult level for their christmas classic venue in New Orleans weekend of Dec 16th. they will probably follow xcel prep rules since they don't have aau. OUR MEETS This should be great fun besides being a good place to go in the winter!
