I was talking to someone a Deary's yesterday and apparently this is going to get worse before it gets better. One of the two chalk makers in the world went out of business so the only remaining supplier isn't able to keep up with demand.
My team kids didn't like it. I thought it seemed a little cleaner but it would make regular chalk not stick to the bar so you couldn't use either or? and some of the girls felt like they were gonna peel so we stopped using it completely.
I actually require people to use them for yurchenkos but other then that only if its after a wrist injury. However I do alot of prehab and wrist strengthening
I am apparently the only one not alarmed by this. Every coach has to teach there first something sometime. Find your ideal version of that skill and begin from the start by drilling it in small parts then make sure you proceed safely by working it uphill quite a bit and only flipping it when you...
assuming she has a very strong front handspring already. do a lot of uphill vaulting to where she over rotates to her hands and knees also do a lot of double fronts to get the air awareness and landing. I also recently started doing the uphills to a sideways mat then front tucking off. and these...
it looks like you have an extra tenth of bonus so you should still have a 10 start if you miss the handstand. I would also definitely keep working on the big release you'll need it to be at the level of competition later in the year and at bigger meets.
I personally don't believe its worth the risk of injury unless your planing on going elite eventually. even then I believe its more something your born with if you don't have the natural flexibility don't bother, just learn an endo
It's a d in JO so you couldn't do 2 in a row at level 9. But you'll get a tenth in connection bonus for the cali hop or front giant you use to get into it. On a side note this is the only way I would try to get into it, the margin of error is too small to try to blind change directly into it.
Industrial Ceiling Fans, Commercial Ceiling Fans, Residential Ceiling Fans
We have 2 with a 20 foot diameter which does a pretty good job keeping the gym cool. It also pushes hot air off the ceiling during the winter which helps with heating costs.
I just opened a gym in september(www.dynamitegc.com shameless plug) and while our startup costs were on the highside. I could see it being possible to Open for around 150,000. Dont try to save money on marketing and make the lobby as nice as possible.
