i have the same problem and i went to the doctor and its called asgood slaughters( i dont know how to spell it) but i wear knee braces and ice my knees, there is no way it goes away until your done growing then the pain stops
hi, i has something called oshgood slaughters ( not sure how to spell it) but when im doing gymnastics they hurt really bad to the point where i have to do things on the tumble track because i cant vault or tumble. i have knee braces on both knees but it isnt seeming to help. does anyone know...
to help get them down put one leg on a panel mat and if you dont have one then put a foot on the bottem of your stairs. put a foot up like your doing the splits and try ging down as far as you can, then switch. after doing this it is easier on the floor, also before stretch your leg muscles
i recently have got back into gymnastics and the easiest way to do it is when going back put your thumbs together side by side and shape your hand to the beam and its easier to get your hands on when you just have them together when going backwards
the charts i dont get, like on vault what do you need to do for a 10.0 start value? and what requirements do i need for floor, beams and bars also? the terms their using i dont understand what the a, b, and c's mean, if you could just describe to me what i need that would be great thanks

i recently joined prep op after quitting 3 years ago, i was in level six. could anyone tell me what the requirements are for the gold level, the charts online are confusing and i want to make gold not silver, if anyone could help me that would be great! :)
i have the same thing, you can see a doctor and they will give you a knee brace to wear, after the first months the brace starts helping,i have it in both knees and its sometimes a pain whendoing gymnastics but it feels WAY better and you eventually grow out of it when you stop growing
ya i know what your talking about, its a level 5 skill, i wasnt ever very good at it. a drill to help you is to sit on the ground with your feet straight in front of you and then roll backwards with as much speed as you can get and try to do get into a handstand. after doing that like 10 or 15...
