    Well I Finally got to where i can get to handstands on p-bars but i have the tendency to crash :( what can i do about this at home when i am not at the gym cause i am only there 1 out of 7 days

    pull up with added weight

    will adding weight to my pull ups help my gymnastics any? and also is it good for conditioning and how much weight can a 15 year old and with-out tearing muscles?
