Well I Finally got to where i can get to handstands on p-bars but i have the tendency to crash :( what can i do about this at home when i am not at the gym cause i am only there 1 out of 7 days
What are some exercise's That will help me to get the Iron Cross I really dont have anything to work with 6 days out of seven but a normal stuff you would have in any house and an area about 7/10 feet to exercise at and a pull up bar.

will adding weight to my pull ups help my gymnastics any?
and also is it good for conditioning and how much weight can a 15 year old and with-out tearing muscles?
