    Pike on (uneven bars)

    Hi, My coach said that I should start working on pike ons soon. I don't really know much about them technically but how different are they from squat ons (in terms of difficulty) and do you have to cast a lot higher? My cast is only at barely horizontal now, so how can I work on getting it higher?

    Having a hard time

    You sound just like me! I do LOTS of conditioning (I got a bar to use for pull-ups and leg lifts) and stretching at home; trust me, it makes it SO much easier!
