2011 TOPs Training Camps

Just out of curiousity, because I really don't understand much about TOPs, how many kids typically do the national TOPs testing and then how many get selected for the A or B teams? Do the camps that the A and B teams get to attend just give them the opportunity to work with some of the best coaches in the country...or is there a competition that they do? How does it work?
