24 y/o guy looking for beginning advice!!!

Hi everyone

Im a 24 yo, 6'0, 180 lb guy who is slightly athletic, looking to incorporate some beginning gymnastic training to improve, flexibility, strength, etc etc that usually comes with gymnastics practice.

After quite a while of martial arts, boxing, and general fitness, I noticed that it pales in comparison to the functional body strength that gymnasts have.


Ideally, there would be a set of exercises and schedule to follow, in which I can learn on my own from a video, book, or recommendation.

I am not thinking about any advanced exercises, rather just a regimen of very basic beginner exercises to improve strength and flexibility.

I am welcome and interested to hear any recommendations.
