There is an AAU competition that adults are allowed to enter that is being held on April 18th. Go to NCAAU Gymnastics for more information and click on meets. Once there, scroll down to the rising stars meet, and click on more info.
This is the first competition I will be competing in since I started back with gymnastics a little over a month ago. Would love to see some fellow adult gymnasts participating as well.
