Just curious..Is there a published list of age groups for regional competitions or it is still taken by birthday and then divided evenly from that point?
Also are groups at regionals limited in size? I know our state meet groups were supposed to be 20 athletes or less in each age group. It ended up being approximately 18 in each age division. Does this size constraint also hold true for Regional competitions?
