Ok, so I am really close to my glide kip on bars i went to open gym yesterday and that is all I worked on. I got two really bad rips one on each of my hands. So my question is what are remidies that work for you and any tips to get my glide kip?
Trust your coaches and the progressions they have for your kip. For most of my girls, as long as they have a strong core, it's just a timing issue. If you don't get a lot of time in the gym, you can always do core conditioning at home
