Anon Featured Anonymous Posting

Maybe make a settings thing where people can choose what they want for their default. Maybe some people post only annon and would want a default for that and maybe some people just don’t care about post annon

The anonymous feature currently only works on threads that are in the "Anonymous Posting" forum.
