Hey! I've been working on my back handspring on the trampoline forever! So I have no problem jumping back and landing on my hands, but I can never land on my feet. It's like I jump back, land on my hands swing my legs over and fall onto my knees or stomach. Sometimes I accidentally twist my hands or back and land on my back. What should I do?? Thanks.

This is something that you really need to be working on with your coaches an asking your coaches. Teaching yourself a back handspring on trampoline is not a great idea. It is quite a technical skill, if you are doing the technique incorrectly you will develop bad habits and the more you practise those bad habits the harder it will be to break them.

These bad habits will prevent you from taking the skill further, like taking it to floor or adding the back tuck.
