My daughter just got her back handspring (trampoline) on feb 14th. Now, (March 20th) got it on the ground. But, she is too scared to do it. She only did it like 4 times. She says that she really is excited and wants to do it, but she gets to scared when she sets. What should she do?
*Sorry, this is my first day using this, so I hope I'm in the right place

Is she on team or in a class? There are lots of drills and progressions to get them comfortable with doing the skill consistently. Make sure she is working with a coach and it will become less scary as she learns correct technique.

I get the impression that she is doing it at home rather than at the gym. I would strongly discourage allowing her to do this skill at home until she had spent a lot of time doing it with coaches at the gym.

She can cause herself a significant injury without the watchful eye of a coach.
