A good drill for a bhs is to do one over those rolly mat things (sorry...i am having a hard time remembering what they are called...). You do a small jump, roll backwards with the mat, land on your hands, and then...tadda!!! haha. Also, having a spot helps a LOT, and doing them down a incline mat, or on the tumble trak, or on a soft, squishy mat. Just make sure to get a good push off of your legs and to keep your arms straight and by your ears! Good luck!
