I am having trouble doing my squat-on in the gym but when I get to a meet I go perfectly and I can jump to the bar without a squat-on but I don't know why I won't go with the squat-on. If you have any advice at all please reply!!!!!!!!!!!:eek:
 
When you do the squat on--try to remember: butt up, feet in, and shoulders over the bar. If your shoulders do not stay over the bar then the rest of your body will have trouble getting to the bar. By keeping your shoulders over the bar you're able to get your feet on (squat on) and you'll be heading for the high bar. Hopefully that'll help!
