Hi All,

This site seems to have some very good articles about basic tumbling tumblingdrills.com

does anyone know of any other site that has articles about tumbling drills?

We sometimes do the TOPS rolling pass as a basic/warmup exercise. Arabesque to scale, hold, HS forward pike roll, pike up to handstand, half pirouette, back extension roll, back extension roll with blind 1/2 to push-up position. We also do basic warm-ups isolated like HS walks forward and backward, HS-forward rolls, back extension rolls with and without pirouettes and blinds, front and back walkovers on both legs, cartwheels quickly sideways and regular on both legs, round-offs, punch front tucks, flysprings.
