ok. so i've been doing back handsprings on low beam for like 4 or 5 weeks now. i have them great when i have light spot (only a finger and thumb on my back!). but, when i do them by myself, i undercut myself because i don't sit back far enough. my hands are fine, but i don't get my feet on and i don't have strong arms. they aren't terrible but they aren't as good as i want them. i want to get them perfected as soon as possible. any tips/drills for me?

thanks!:D
