Same question about BHS BT; are you doing it from a stand or from a roundoff?
Some further questions:
How are your backhandsprings currently? Can you do a row of 3 or more backhandsprings from a stand? And so, do they accelerate?
Do you have access to a tumbletrak or trampoline? How about a pit? What sort of tumbling surface are you training on?
