I was taking notes for Cartwheel, last landing phase at the end.
My gymnastics teach left some quick notes, before vacation.

"Rotating hip to front lower ab toe down. Squeeze butt to get chest standing "

Can anyone make sense of this? Otherwise I will ask her when she comes back

It is for the landing phase, after the handstand phase below.

As your foot touches down, you rotate your hips so that, as you stand up, you'll be facing back towards where you came from.

As you stand up, you should not rush to bring the back foot down, but rather keep the hips extended so that your chest comes up as your back leg goes down.

Does that make more sense?
