Minn eee sooo ta! :)
I broke my foot about a week ago, and i have to go to gym and condition every practice. I have a cast on my right leg (the one that i use for everything), and i can't put any weight on it. The only things that my coach and i have come up with for conditioning is
Pushups (all variations)
sit ups (middle and both sides)
I'm not supposed to do V ups or leg lifts because of my hip.
Pull ups

And thats it. I'm getting very bored. If you have any brilliant ideas (or even not so brilliant ones) i'm all ears.
Oh, and the doctor told me i couldn't climb the rope.
I can't do bars yet, but should be able to do basic stuff in a couple of weeks.
I'm going to be in a cast for 6 weeks, and i'm planning on being a level 9 next year, so any ideas would be helpful!

Can you lay on the vault and do hug the twinkies (drive heels behind you)? What about rockers on your back? Dips on the p-bars? Hold a weight and lift it up and down w/ straight arms (like for casts). Casts on the bars (small ones, or with a spotter). Exercises for your upper body using a resistance band (you can google a bunch of them). Leg lifts on the bar.
