Also I came here because coach hasn’t given her tips. When she first got her kip, the coaches told her “learn it with bent arms for now, we’ll fix it later” and haven’t said a word since. I just want to give her some things to try at the gym.
She has pretty good form throughout the routine, and bent arms is something I struggle with as well, but I recommend trying to extend more on the glide and not piking her hips over the bar as she's shifting. Maybe try being a bit more patient. Hope that helps!
She's initiating the kip too early in the swing. She should extend the glide until she stalls out at the top before bringing her feet to the bar. A proper kip doesn't happen in the front swing; it happens on the way back.
