WAG Does a roundoff vault have a start value of 10.0

the first of what you said would face away from the table. i don't get what you're saying for the second.
I found out that neither does, but 1/4 on 1/4 off like a roundoff style thing

and 1/2 on like you hit the springboard, do a half twist, hit the vault and then push off.
 
right. the first faces away from the table.
the 2nd faces the table.
neither is a 10.0

1.106 is 1/4 to 1/2 on - repulsion off is typically called a round off vault. At Platinum, it has a 9.8 SV.
1.109 (I think that is the number) is 1/4 on - 1/4 off to face away from the table (meaning turn 1/4 turn, then unwind, turning 1/4 the other way). At Platinum it has a 10.0 SV.
Also, Handspring on - 1/2 off is a 10.0 SV and 1/2 on - 1/2 off is a 10.0 SV.
