Double Tucks

I've just started learning double tucks into the pit and I feel lost in the air and don't really know where I am! Any ideas to help???

Timers. Timerstimerstimers. And then timers from a stand on something squishy or bouncy. And then timers going onto higher and higher things. and then timers onto something high that, oh how convenient! You're automatically back rolling, so it's like a double tuck almost!

And when you know where you are on all those things, every time...a few more timers. And THEN into the pit when you know upside right from upside down every. single. time.

You MUST spot the ground between the first and second flip. That took me forever to learn, but once I got it I could land them every time.
