First Floor routine and choreography

DND

Proud Parent
My DD has just picked out her music and will be getting a floor routine for the first time.

The coach said she will have someone choreograph her routine, but I know we do not have choreographers per se in the gym.

My DD does take dance classes on Saturdays not through the gym and does have the same teacher there for both ballet and jazz.

My question is are dance teachers able to do or assist in gymnastics choreography? I know the tumbling lines etc. are already laid out, but I am just wondering if asking or suggesting that she be included would be considered offensive.

DD is kind of shy and if she is sent to one of the other coaches/ex gymnasts that she doesn't know she may not be as open if she does not like something she has in the routine. She won't speak up and will just do as requested and then it will not show well.

Any advice is greatly appreciated as I don't want to step on any toes, but I know I can't get her to change in time either.
