Those of you who are returning gymnasts will understand the anticipation.

We're hosting a T&T meet, and one of my girls who 'retired' from tumbling said she'd tumble if I do. So suddenly she's tumbling and so am I.

It has been a LONG TIME since I did 8 skills without stopping. I'm excited but it's so different--back in the day I was pretty good, and it's going to be hard to do level 6 or 7. It should be fun though.

Like I told them, it's going to take me a week just to find my leotard.

It's saturday.

I suspect that it will be comical. All the kids are begging their parents to film it.

That was fun. Would Do Again.

They just had the coaches do exhibition. I did "messing around for fun and profit" on the trampoline, and the official USAG T&T level 6 tumbling passes. It was nice and low pressure since I coach the majority of the kids who were there. I now know I can still get MOVING over a rod floor.

So much for convincing myself I've outgrown it...

yay! I like the t&t meets. I was never exposed to that as a child, but it is sure fun now. My gym hosts a lot of t&t meets, so it's much easier for me to compete this than the artistic.
