Flight element - level 7

Hi there, please tell me if a round-off or dive cartwheel is considered a flight element in level 7, and are they "A" or "B" elements

Both are considered flight elements, you just need to make sure flight is shown- especially in the dive cartwheel. I know a round off is a B, I'm not sure about the dive cartwheel though.

That's pretty much it. Some gymnasts have a tendency to do a big hurdle into a regular old cartwheel so you need to be sure to avoid that.
