I am teaching one of my athletes layout full flyaway off bars for the first time and she is having some troubles with landing. Just wondering if anyone has any suggests on the technique and what to watch for to help her make it more consistant.
When I first learned flyaway fulls, I would constantly over rotate to my back. The thing that helped me was to try and "float" my flyaway so I would have more time to look for the landing.
Another thing that may help is to raise or lower the height of the landing if possible depending if they are over or under rotating.
