Probably not arms if you can't get up then. Try hollow rocks, v-ups, situps. And also arch rocks and arch-ups. The issue could also be flexibility, so bridges and splits might help. It all depends on which part is hard for you to do. Good luck! :)
 
Bridge wall walks then progressing to bridge down and stand up. More than likely not enough torso strength in lower back or what me may call lower/upper abs.
