Hey
I'm a 15 year old, wanting to coach pretty low levels, or rec... had a few questions..

How do you get started with coaching as a teen?
Do you need any qualifications/courses?
How much do you earn per hour on average?

You would just need to go to the local club and apply for a job and go from there. We can definitely give you some advice... but I would apply first.

Do you have any experience in sports... working with kids (like babysitting or helping a sibling with homework)... other jobs... etc?

Helping with homework definitely...also engaging kids at bday parties if that counts...

Does the level you competed matter in coaching?
Say for ex. Would a 15 year old level 8 be better than a 15 year old level 5 at coaching?

No… doesn’t matter.
