My ballet list goes on and on and on but for gym (remember this is just rec);

Floor

back roll to pushup position
front limber bridge kickover
walkovers (maybe)
more spring to my round off
handstand forward roll
better straddle jump

Beam

Handstand
Handstand Quarter Turn
Cartwheel (actually have on the floor beam)
better full turn

Bars

pullover with no step/kick
back hip circle
level 4 & 5 dismount

Vault

level 4 vault
 
same here, felxiballetgirl. i need some of the things you do.
pullover with no step/kick, better straddle jump,
i have to stretch out my round off more,
and i just need to work on beam altogether.. my jumps.
bars too.. sometimes i get mental blocks :(
 
Goals for 2010 Gymnastics

I am in level 4 and I want to get blues for all my routines

Goals:

Floor
1. front walkover
2. Back tuck
3. continuous back handsprings
4. back handsprings with straight legs

Bars:
1. kip
2. free hip
3. squat on

Vault
1. Front handspring

Beam
1. Cartwheel
2. good handstand
 
Get hit in the head less.
Get kicked less.

Set a new personal record for the kid into pit toss. So far it's only 12 feet with a 70 pound kid :).

Most of all.... Have fun
