I love any videos of rhythmic training. Well any good rhythmic routine, I'm down for. I actually sat next to Nastia Liukin at the 2016 rhythmic pac rims! It was open seating at a community college tickets were only $10! - and I had a great spot and Steve penny (blech) approached me and asked if the seats around me were open. I said yes and he said oh good, Nastia is on her way in. All the people who blew me off on tagging along ended up super jealous.
