Does anyone know how much weighs on Gymnastics Scores and Academy GPA when a college recruits a gymnast on its team?

Depends on the college, but if they are being looked at for gym. They need the academics and then it’s all best gymnastics

You can check the general or average acceptance/admission scores of the college you are interested and assume the athlete requirement is a little lower but within that ballpark. The stronger the gymnast you are, the more the coach may be willing to try to get you in with lower test scores. You can also check niche, I think. You’ll see there are some dots far below the average accepted students. I’m thinking those are athletes. But your best bet is to ask the coach directly.
