saw a prior thread and found info online. but has anyone gone? what exactly goes on? it says the gymnast shows skills but is it run like a meet?? help!!!! LOL

Each region runs things differently. I’m guessing by your username that you’d be wanting information on the one for R6 & 7 in boonton. That one is simple. Girls come and are given Leo’s color coded to the graduation year. They do a warm up, then rotate spending a set amount of time in each event. It runs like a practice. Girls stay with their team/coaches (they do not get separated according to grad year, the leo color is sufficient to discern what year each girl is).

Each girl is throwing both what they are proficient at and what they are working on.

College coaches that attend have a set area that they stay in. They can talk to club coaches but stay in their designated area.
