WAG Has anyone received confirmation from IGI Chicago Style meet?

We early pre-registered (Prior to Sept 1) and it says will random draw from those entries to fill the meet (and then fill with post sept 1 in the order they were received)
We have not received confirmation that we got a spot. Payment and gymnast lists are due Nov 1; we have usually heard back by now. We (our HC and booster board mom who is in charge of registrations sent it together both times, so it did come from the main team account) have emailed twice asking with no response. The website says they have a new meet director, so maybe there are hiccups in the road. But we were wondering if anyone had heard anything from them (we are a little nervous that the meet filled and we don't have a spot)

Yes they have a new meet director, but he is extremely qualified and won't be the cause of any delays. That meet is sooooo big that any delays are a result of gymnast volume and the fact that the organizers are all volunteers; planning the meet is not thier "day job".

Registration took longer than expected last year also, everything turned out well in the end.

SO would you assume we have a spot and send in our team list and full payment even though we haven't received the email confirmation?
We run a meet (not nearly this big) and I understand the parents all are volunteers and have "day jobs". We have had delays before with session assignment (2 weeks before), but have not had a delay in finding out if we "got a spot" to pay by the Nov 1 deadline. HC is nervous b/c she hasn't heard anything at all back. This is our 5th year going up there, so she knows what typically happens form pre-registrations and registration. Have others gotten confirmation?
