hi my name is michelle im 15 years old. im from chicago illinois.
i have been a gymnast on and off sence i was three years old. ive always loved the sport.
but iv never realy thought i was that good. i am just getting back into it after i broke my ankle doing a dismount.
and ever sence i have been realy nervous to start training again. does anyone have any ideas that can get me over my fear of falling and getting hurt again???


Hi and welcome! You just are really going to have to go for it. You could start by having extra mats and things. The more you focus on the getting hurt part than on the actual skill you're doing, the more likely an accident is to happen.
