Hi there everyone! I just wanted to introduce myself on here

My name is Rachel and I have been involved with the sport of gymnastics for the majority of my life. I was a competitive gymnast for 12 years, and had been coaching on and off for a few years after I retired.

I am now back coaching again. Working with all levels of kids. I'm here to share my expertise and learn from everyone else
