I typically coach girls gymnastics but I have recently been given a boys class! I am unsure of how to spot them because how you would typically spot a girl is kinda weird to spot a boy like that. If you guys have any tips for beginner boys or any good super beginner floor, bar and vault stations please put them below! I need good side stations for them. They are learning handstands, cartwheels, rolls, and bridges. Thanks in advance!
