Parents Help with front hip circle

can someone tell me how to help her with her front hip circle? She is upset because most of the other girls on the team just got theirs. Just can do it with just a slight spot from the coach. The coach told her not to worry, that it would come but when she comes off the floor in tears it's hard not to want to help her. I can't tell what she is doing wrong. Hope the link works.

I'm no coach, but when my DD (age 8) was learning them about a year and a half ago her coaches told her to really tighten her tummy muscles and LEAD WITH HER CHEST. It took DD about 3 months to get them consistently and it didn't happen until about 3 weeks before her first level 3 meet :)
 
She needs to keep her hips on the bar and remain straight (and tight) until she is upside down, and then pike - as well keep her arms straight as long as possible.
