Hey everyone, i am knew here and i get hurt so much! and i luv gym so i dont want to quit!:(
 
Hey. What kinds of injuries do you get? Sometimes they can be prevented.
 
I just get hurt doing different things. I take glucosemine and calcium, and all my vitamins and protien but i stuill get hurt a lot, like my back, wrists, heel, shin splints
