HI! My DD is a LV 4/5 gymnast who is 10 yrs old. This will be her 4th year on team. Our gym is switching over to EXCEL programs as gymnast progress to JO Optionals. We got a late start but she is loving every min of it. She has been plagued with overuse injuries combined with growth spurts, so last year was tough for her. She is slowly regaining her strength & flexibility. I joined this forum as a way to help her develop into the gymnast she wants to be! Thank you
