these are odd questions you're asking. a bar routine can have 5 release moves. they must be different if the same skill. so, you could do 3 tkatchevs as long as 1 is straddled, 1 is piked, 1 is straight or tucked.

I thought so too but since I know even less about men't gym than I do women's.....

Just seem like pretty advanced skills for someone just starting gym. But I love the enthusiasm of teenagers so I'm not complaining.
