Is a Hindorf a release option for USAG Boys L9/10?

I believe it is called Piatti on the men's side (Stalder straddled to Tkatchev straddled) and is a D value skill that is not prohibited for juniors, so should be allowed, yes.

Yep. My son said the free hip to tkachev, toe-on to tkachev, and the stalder to tkachev are all a piatti.
