We don't have holidays for our gymnasts really. We give them 2 weeks a year, this works the same for rec kids and team kids.
As for keeping in shape, i'd reccomend thatt you stay active. Don't spend your days in front of the TV or computer screen. Why not go for bike rides, go swimming, skating, walks, jumping on a trampoline or playing with a basket ball outside. Try to spend time everyday being active and this can make the world of difference.
