WAG How to practice wrist rotation for kips at home?

My kip is spot on- until I have to rotate my wrists, so I never finish it. I always rotate them too early or too late. Ade there any drills I can do at home to practice timing of wrist rotation or even just practice rotating?
 
Well maybe your kip isn't as spot on as you think. Get better at timing the end of the glide, the feet to the bar, and the actual kip motion. If you can get the timing right for those motions (and hit them with energy) you'll have a bit more bounce/swing, zip, speed, momentum........ and that will almost roll your wrists for you.

Don't get me wrong...... You're doing pretty good to get to the point you're at. All you gotta do now is let it bake a bit longer to a golden perfection.
