At practice yesterday I was doing a front handspring front tuck and hyperextended both knees, and proceeded to jump while they were hyperextended. I heard a pop and I felt sharp pain, and tried to continue my routine but the pain was so bad that I couldn't continue. I usually have super high pain tolerance and never ask for Ice or to sit out but I was crying and could barely move either of my legs. I Iced for about 15 minutes but my coach told me to continue with practice and that I was probably just scared not hurt. I can walk but it hurts really bad and I feel sharp pains when I walk down any elevated surface. Should I be worried? Or should I just continue practice like normal? Please answer quick.
