About a month ago at practice, I was doing front tucks off of beam and I landed with straight legs. My left knee was fine , but my right knee hurt pretty bad. I wasn't able to walk on it well, and my coach had me ice it off and on for the rest of practice. It wasn't swollen or bruised. Leaving the gym, I was limping and it hurt bad walking on it. It felt very unstable and I could barely stand on it straight. Because I had State and Regionals coming up, I didn't rest it very much, and continued to practice with a knee brace. It's been a month and it still hurts to stand with it straight, and it is still feel unstable. When practicing, it doesn't hurt at first, and then it starts to hurt pretty bad after a little bit. I haven't been to the doctor. Does anybody have any experience with this?

Go to the doctor!
It's pretty easy to hurt your knees and it sounds like you might have.
You want to be able to fix this problem sooner rather than later, since continuing to practice if it's injured will only make it worse. A doctor will have advice about fixing it.
